CPG Refund

Since JT sold his business, has anyone considered requesting a refund for vol 2? I looked back at my statements last night, and I paid for that thing back in Jul 2003. That's a little long for someone to be keeping my money.
A 1943 copper Lincoln will still only buy a gumball out of the machine, but you can purchase the machine and the store with that same cent.

Just a note, my previous dealings with JT were the best I've ever encountered via the internet, He even shipped me a purchase and I had it in hand before I even paid for it. He strived to make sure I was happy. My understanding (from JT and others) is that he's suffered from one health problem after another which was/is the primary delay in this book. I can sympathize with the situation, which is why I haven't pressed the issue but I think there comes apoint in time where he should have handed off the project to someone else just for the sake of a timely completion. Volume I will be two years out of date and we still haven't the second volume.
Oh well, I'll just wait a little longer I suppose. . .
