I just NARU'd an eBay user

I sold a proof set on 3/26.
After 10 days I open an unpaid item dispute and he replied they would pay 4/15. When that passed he said he would pay 4/30, so OK.
Tonight he sends an email asking could you resolve the item reminder
Since he never paid I closed the dispute getting my final fee credit and he gets an unpaid item strike.
It must have been his 3rd because he then went to NARU status
It's probably not what he had in mind, but I did him a favor.
If somebody can't come up with $10 in a month they don't need to be buying stuff on eBay.

Just stating a fact, not advocating any position one way or the other. Feeling very non-committal tonight
<< <i>Did you know that if you choose the option for not completing the transaction that it was mutual you get the FVF credited immediately AND the buyer doesn't get a strike.

But in this case it wasn't mutual, the guy was just a deadbeat.
Unless you mean the guy's thumb and butt agreed, then yes I suppose it could be considered a mutual decision.
