Have you ever seen a PL Isabella 25c?

1893 ISABELLA QUARTER ANACS CERTIFIED GEM PROOFLIKE BU
This doesn't really look PL, but I'll defer to ANACS on it

I thought MS65 and above was considered "Gem" ? or is it any MS grade ?
Russ, NCNE
That said, MS62 is not such a great grade for Izzies, and I'd seek out a 64 or better.
Edit---
Quoting from Uncle John's Ahh-Inspiring Bathroom Reader
Coin collecting was so popular in the late 19th century that the U.S. Government issued two coins just for collectors: the Columbian half-dollar of 1892 and the Isabella quarter of 1893. Both coins marked the 400th anniversary of the discovery of America by Columbus. The portrait of Queen Isabella of Spain was the first foreign Monarch on an American coin
I knew there was some kind of first in there
It was however, the first Business Strike minted just for collectors

The many PLs I bought from the original eBay seller Tashaercole were very nice, but they were all NGC. This ANACS coin could also be just fine for the grade listed based on Tashaercole's description but I think the coin likely worth around $500, well below the current reserve. The price jump to MS63PL is double. In my opinion NGC's grading of early commems in PL is more inconsistent than non-PL grades. One of my Isabella MS63PLs blows away even my MS64PL.
Personally, I would not bid on anything from finderskeepersofomaha based on what I have seen on eBay, unanswered email, and what has been said on this forum.
NGC MS61PL Isabella
