Deadbeat bidder

Buyer ( iluvtrinkets) Not anything major but the auction closed on the 21 last month. 10 days ago I filed non paying bidder dispute he replied that he would send out payment. today I ended the dispute and left him a neg.

    So, did you get the payment? If not, why end the dispute?

    I ended the dipute saying the item was no longer available for him to purchase. Blocked him from bidding on any of my auctions and left negative feed back. If payment should arrive I will return to sender. I thought that was the right way to handel it.
