Need some half cent help

I have weighed this 1795 half cent and have identified it as being the C-5b variety. Could someone on the board with knowledge of such things take a stab at a grade and value for it? Is there a place that I could find recent sales results for the coin? I am having a problem with grading because of the weakness due to the die break...I have no idea as to the characteristics of the variety. Thanks in advance.

I'm gonna say G4. Value, I have no freakin idea. sometimes copper coins I think should be worth fortunes are worth twenty bucks, and sometimes i think a twenty dollar coin really turns out to be 10K
  • Isn't that the very rare "hat blew off" variety?image Just kidding.

Actually, I'm not really qualified to grade coins.

Nice! Ignore the central weakness on the reverse, that is the result of sinking in the reverse die. I would say the sharpness is that of a F-15, some claims to VF-20. The coin unfortunately is evenly porous and appears to have been cleaned. I would net grade it as a VG-8. (That's EAC grade)
