PCGS Photography Service

Hi,

First I was wondering if you could describe more about the new photography service, fees, extra time etc. and is there any plans to photograph the 3rd side (the edge). On early Lettered Edge coins I think that would be great since they can't be viewed once in the slab.

And who gets the rights to the images, PCGS or the owner of the coin? If it's PCGS then I think PCGS should market the images on a CD (or as a give-away for Gold+ members instead of a SAE). I think a CD of PCGS graded coin images would be great.

Also, will PCGS hire me as Darkhorse's assistant? I can seperate the coins into two piles - ones ready to photograph and ones I want to look at before they go into the first pile. It wouldn't slow down the process too much. image

    Hi Doug,

    Phil will be working on several photography intense projects. We'll announce our projects at the appropriate time.

    Don't need an "assistant" now, but you never know!
