PayPal Question........

So lemme get this straight......... In order to protect himself from a chargeback from Paypal for non-delivery, the seller must be able to provide a tracking number, a receipt for shipping, and proof of insurance??????? If this is the case, why would a buyer bother to pay for insurance if not required by the seller?

Insurance is to protect sellers, not buyers.

You have the wrong information. For PayPal seller protection, you must have a tracking number that shows the item was delivered, and it must be accessable online. If the value of the item is over $250, you must have proof of delivery with a signature on line, such as Signature Confirmation from the USPS.
