1954 S Jefferson Experts ever see a Apostrophy A'MERICA

I've come across two of these on the reverse side of Jefferson 1954s nickles, its an apostrophy in between the A and M in A'MERICA and its quite large and diamond shaped and from what I can tell its a chunk that was made in the striking die itself.
Any of you 54 s full step hunters ever run across this.
I do have a picture but do not know how to post it, I could however e-mail it and if its possible perhaps someone could post it here.

In answer to your question, I have not seen one of these. Is the mark raised above the surface? Maybe a die crack?
