Is the 1902 High tide 1d at the same level as the 1901 1d?

The 1902 low tide is at the same level as the 1901.

The low tide Edward VII pieces were made from leftover reverse dies of the Veiled Head series.

Thanks Wybrit... I know the question sounded alittle strange. I bought a 1902 1d, thought it was a low tide based in the picture in Coincraft. Then for the fun of it, I compared it to the 1902 reverse and noted that they were the same. So the question, asked in the reverse now makes me feel much better... especially with your answer. Low Tide it is. I know these are alittle overrated, but I am just pleased to have one. It is mostly brown and probably in the 62-63 range. Thanks for your answer.

Agreed they are overrated, but that does not mean finding one in 62-63 isn't a pleasure!!!
