Im using yahoo! geosites....I have a couple of pics uploaded...but not exactly sure how to create the url when I click on the icon under this message text

open your geocities where u have the picture uploaded to, right click the picture and copy the location(i think it says something different if you use IE), then use the 4th icon over and paste.
