Is this really worthy of a PSA 10?

Maybe I'm wrong but this doesn't appear to fall within the guidelines for a PSA 10, especially when you look at the lower portion of the card. I realize on one hand the graders aren't perfect but on the other hand it seems like that would be hard for a grader to just say, "Oops, I didn't catch that"

    very generous. The colors must be jumping off that baby in order to get the 10 ?

    Is that also a print mark near the top border as well?
  • it is clearly off center l-r and t-b. Personally, I wouldn`t grade that card any higher than a PSA 8 due to the obvious off centering. Maybe a 9 at most.
