Need help with icon's/pics not coming up.

Not sure what's going on but member's icon's and pics on threads aren't coming up. The pics on profiles are working. Tried a friend's computer and it isn't working there. What could be wrong? Some setting must be on the block mode.

PCGS is switching over to a new host/server ... likely to be some bugs for awhile.
