Your opinion of the strike on this Albany half...

This coin is described as having an "improvable strike."

Albany PCGS MS67

I've looked at several examples, and I've seen more detail on the beaver. The leaves are also weakly struck on the above example, aren't they? Additionally, looking at the reverse, there's some detail missing on the coats and on the eagle.

What do you think of the above coin, and of Albany halves in general when it comes to strike? What would you look for in an Albany?

I don't think the image is as representative of the coin as it should be. I can see why one would assume the strike is not all that strong and I can also see that the coin is very very clean as to be expected from an MS67. I like the tab toning though. I suppose you would just have to see it in person to know for sure. Doing alot of work with lighting angles, I can see how it could be misrepresented but there's always the possibility that it is really softly struck.
