What kind of feedback should I give?

Was wondering what kind of FB would you give?
I received 2 cards I purchased today in the mail from a seller
down the road (30 miles away). First card was advertised as
a raw card....scan shows it raw with the serial # on front and everything.
Card arrived in a GAI holder graded 8.5.....same serial #. Not what I had
bid on, and no mention of it being graded in the item description or anything.
Second card; scan shown as raw and serial # on front. Looked at the card
up close and it's trimmed. It's short t/b and the straition is horrible on top.
Looks like a blade went thru it.....bad job, so it looked like the card was flipped
over to be done on the opposite side as well which showed white on the middle of the
card's edge on top. He's left me positive FB for both items for fast Paypal payment.
I emailed him a couple hours ago explaining what I had received and I'm not pleased
and will be sending them back to him on Monday morning for a refund and then just move
on. Should I leave any kind of FB, or just forget about it and move on if he refunds me my $?

I was bummed. Really wanted these cards.
Got a scan or ebay link? Just curious. And I agree with Harry and CT - hold off and see what goes.
Good luck.

Here's the card that is either trimmed or miscut.
Here's the card that came holdered in GAI 8.5. If you look
at the description breakdown in that box, it states the card as MINT. Picture shows it as a raw card, and says nothing
about it being graded by anyone. An 8.5 is not mint. Might considered it if it
came holdered as a 9. I'm still waiting on his response.
That's kind of interesting. I would say that the guy took a pic of the card and used it and then got it graded? He was probably sure it would get a 9? Is the Cammalleri card close enough with the price you paid or are you out money on the card at 8.5? Just wondering if it's worth the hastle for that kind of money?
Now the other card is a different story...I can't tell anything from the scan - the bottom looks slightly rough cut? And the top doesn't look totally flat? The shadow in the background doesn't help. What is the actual height of the card? How much is it short by?

<< <i>My snipe bid for the Exclusive was about $24. I figure the regular version is about $15 high in raw mint, and the Exclusive is the parallel #d to 75. He's in the playoffs and 2nd in scoring right now in the AHL. Trying to get his stuff before or if ever hockey returns. Now let me say that I have bought once before from this seller but under another Ebay ID about a month ago and that went fine. Just the fact that he stated it as MINT, I figured it was worth the $, but now I figured I lost some $ since it's an 8.5 and the card's surface and edges on the back tells the story. The other card is a tad bit shorter than 1/32 t/b with a tilt (left corner slopes down to right corner). Under my loupe, you can ride a surfboard on the middle top. You can't see it in the scan. The tilt would indicate maybe a miscut, but the middle part tells me it was trimmed. I don't have any of these cards, so I can't really compare. Just using my best judgement. >>
Well Bryan
Sounds like the kind of stuff one would want to send back then. Good luck!
