I think I am gonna go buy 2 other sets that had pennies similar to the first one... I spent all the cash I had with me at the moment

Yes both of the cents are gradable.....the rest are up to you but the proofs aren't cameo...so from a sales perspective it isn't worth it to have them graded. If you are just adding them to your own collection then it's your call
