1960 Topps football PSA 8 COMPLETED!!

I don't participate a lot on this forum but needed to yell I'M DONE!!! I have been working to complete a PSA 8 complete football set for 1960 for more than four years and finally completed it. It's listed under Al and Sandy's Sets and I'm proud of it!! The Max McGee was the last card and it took forever to find it...but finally it's done. imageimageand I had to add the snowman once again. believe it or not it's snowing here in Cleveland today!!

    Nice work Al. Do you check the Nearmint Olympics page? I believe you are on there.
    Wish you well on your next set as long as it is something that Wolfbear collects and I don't. May I recommend a few? Heck how about 60 Fleer to give Mike some challenge?
    It has been in the 90's here this week and spent a couple of hours today doing yard work. Please send snow.

    Hey Fuzz, Mike's a great guy. I am working on the 60 Fleer set which he has helped me with but my new challenge now is the 57 set. I am trying to finish in PSA 7 or higher. I'm almost there. I know about the olympics you are talking about but I am just have goals for each set of my own not necessarily to be first on the list. My goal for the 60 Topps was to finish all cards in PSA 8. My goal for the 57 is PSA 7 or higher. I just love the hobby. Fuzz, send us some sun, there is about two inches of snow on the ground today up here in Cleveland and it's snowing like crazy. Good thing the Indians are on the road!! image

    Al, Congratulations, what an awesome set. I did the baseball set and completed in almost all 8's and 9's i had about 10-11 cards in 7's when i broke it up.good luck on you're future projects/sets. Phil

    vintage football and nice looking woman. nothing wrong with that. In fact my daugher is already a Browns fan and has already started her own football collection....and she's only 8!!! And better yet it will probably get better when we get a football team back here in Cleveland. Thanks to everyone who has sent congrats! and finally I think the snow is goneimage
