As reported in the current Numismatist. Amos has sold ANACS to Anderson Press of Atlanta, Georgia.

Any details of changes known by anyone?

I think this was on the forums a few weeks ago, try to do a search for sale and Anacs.

Did the search. Yes it was covered. To an extent of 5 replies.
Apparently a non-issue to most.
