What clues would one look for to determine if his 1909 V.D.B. cent is a proof? Just got a new camera so it's going to take me at least a month to figure how to post any pics.

    Although the picture got changed, this thread has good info on the diagnostics for a 1909 VDB proof.

    New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
