Can you tell me what your your goal is for the economy service turnaround time, and what you do when you get behind?

Hi Dave,

We want our economy service to be in the 20 to 30 calendar days range. However, whenever we get the turnaround time down, we get flooded with coins.

Whenever the turnaround times start going up, we try to figure out how to get them down. We look at turnaround times once a week in our management meetings.
