Question about submission forms

How do you submit a 100-card lot when the online submission forms only have 25 lines? My guess is to just fill out 4 forms and change the last 3 submission numbers to match the first, then change the line numbers to 26-50, 51-75, and 76-100. Is there a better way to do it? And if I do it this way, do I fill out the total charges on the first page or the last or does it matter? Thanks

There was a past thread on how to print an online form with the exact amount of lines needed for that submission. I am sure someone remembers how to do it.

When using the home made submission forms with space for more than 20 listings, have people been submitting the forms in triplicate (like the carbon copy blank forms)?
