What can one do when he receives a PSA8 graded card with a 1 1/2" crease plain as day on the front of the card. No joking, you can see it from arms length away. It was bought on ebay and the seller thinks I should contact PSA????? I KNOW they had knowledge of the crease, but their not taking the high road. The holder is in great shape without ANY signs of tampering. So what to do now??? Will PSA stand behind the holder and the card???? WIWAG??? I dont even know where to start. Any help or contacts would be great.

Really?
Let us know what PSA says. I'd like to know how they determine "fair value" since they do not consider auction results to be "fair market".

Tell them to send you whatever they were partaking in when they graded the card and maybe you will see the light when in the same, 4:20'd mindset!
