Does anyone know what kind of stain this is? I assume its a gum or wax stain but I've never tried to take either off. Any advice on what kind it is and what I can do to get it off? Thanks in advance

PS. The stain is alittle more then midway down on the left edge of the scan.

I dont see it, or is it the markings on the left side of the card?

lol I changed it, and yes its the left side. And it does appear to be either a wax or gum stain, though I cant say for sure.

assuming it is ink, theres probably no way to get it off right? How much do you think that would knock down if I sent it in to grade?

I'm not sure what kind of stain it is, but it's very common on 1961 Topps baseball & football. I don't think its easy to remove.

If it's a wax stain, use pantyhose to rub it off....if it's ink, you are out of luck.
