    I have received 8 inquiries about the voucher, I just want to make sure that it is able to be transfered, so I will find out from PSA tommorow.

    These are not transferable as stated on the voucher.

    You can always submit cards for other people, or get their cards, fill out the submission form and have PSA mail the cards to them. As long as you submit them, there is nothing being done wrong.
