with tracking number when graded cards are shipped? How are they shipped, i.e. UPS?

Yes, they do send an email with a tracking number. The cards are shipped USPS registered.

They used to send an email when your grades are posted, but apparently not any more. Sometimes I don't even get a notification that my cards have been shipped back.

The last time I received a notification email was from a submission about a year ago... since then I haven't seen one email.

Same here - not in about a year.
However, that gives me an excuse to obsessively check my sub number daily (hourly?) to see if the results are posted yet.image

I just had a submission returned last week. I received emails when it was received at PSA, when grades were posted, and when it was shipped, including the tracking number.

There have been submissions in the past where I only received the shipping notificaiton, but since I've adjusted my spam filters, I've been receiving all the emails.
  • I have never gotten an email.
