I bought mine off of ebay. I originally bought one from a retailer but it was horrible. Your best bet is to look for one with tons of photos.

Karl Moulton has it for $45. I've dealt with Karl many times in the past and highly reccomend him.

Bryce Brown also has it for $50, and he's a member here. I've also dealt with Bryce a few times, and wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again.
