You Shall Know Them by Their Avatar

It is kind of funny how you get a mental image of each of the regular posters here by their avatar icon. Though you know that it is not what they really look like, when you think of Morrell, you automatically picture the face on the Life magazine cover. AJW has the cool Will Clark mag cover. I like the little cartoon Spartan that the Mantle guide guy who goes by a number uses. But there is one that has kind of caused a shock for me. Knuckles used to use the cool hockey goalie pic with the frost coming from the guy's breath. I mean that WAS knuckles to me. But now he has switched to that hideously scarred black and white face. Whoa! It kind of makes me cringe. I liked the goalie much better, Knuckles!

Its funny how you dont recognize people when they change their avatar as well and might just skip over their reply.

I think this is only my second avatar as there were too many people using the one I originally had.

Ive always liked Gaspipe's red X in black box . Of course that was Davalillo's as well.

That is so true, I have not been a member for that long and I felt bad for using Sparty at first, went to MSU. Was glad to get my own up so the other member could have that one to himself. I have seen a couple of members with the baseball with the english D, 67Topps for sure. It is funny that you just see the avatar and you know the name automatically on certain ones.
