Got a response from him :

"PSA is the grading company dont id if you dont know graded cards"

I asked him a follow up question saying "I know PSA is a grading company - I did not know that they had 1/2 grades. Could you please give me the certificate verification?"

Sadly, I am not sure what Ebay can do at this point. You don't have to have a scan in your auction - and, if people want to bid on a card based on a title only, shame on them. Once he scams some folks, then Ebay will shut him down - but it might be too late.
