The only signature that is close is Bob Eaton. Spence's preprinted signature doesn't even appear at the bottom with the rest (with Grad, Eaton, etc). Guess the rumors were true.
I hate being lied to.
<< <i>James Spence must have been out of the office and was not able to sign that COA.
Bob Eaton is the first name in the bottom signature line (with Grad, etc.). It's the only signature down there that looks even close to the one that signed the L of A . As for who he is, I'm not really sure. His profile is listed on the PSA/DNA page, but I'm not too familiar with him.
As for being lied to, I was told by someone in the business that James wasn't going to be leaving PSA/DNA. Guess they were wrong...
Bob Eaton is part owner of rrauction.com with Bill White, together they have over forty years of experience in authenticating autographs. They look at thousands of items each month, and in the uncommon event that there is a signature with which they are unfamiliar, they have access to other recognized experts as well as an extensive library of reference materials. In addition, R&R has its own archive of over 150,000 signatures.

My questions is: Who signed that certificate?
