I listed my 1887 NGC PF64 CAMEO crown on eBay with a BIN of $1150. Someone hit the BIN. I'm very happy. Then I get this email:
<< <i>Hello! I just made a huge mistake for wich I am willing to pay a compensation fee. I thought it was the 5 pounds and not the crown. Please let me know how much I owe for the ebay fees. Again, I am sorry I made a mistake! Alex >>

<< <i>I really don't think anyone with much knowledge would mistake a $1000 silver crown for a $4000 gold 5 pound coin. I think he really had buyers remorse. >>
Sounds like it to me, at least he made an effort to cover your fees. Relist it and hope for a better outcome.
