Anyone have coins from Crete?

Just returned from a visit to Crete. There was a most intersting collection and display of coins found on the Island of Crete at one of the local museums. It included coins from other places that were found in various archeological digs on the Island of Crete. Would welcome posting of any ancients anyone may have of coins actually coined in Crete.

  • I'll check to see if that box is still in the apartment. I've been mailing off my collection to my soon to be new abode in Idaho. I have two or three silver peices - minotaurs and dolphins as I remember.

Only modern Crete (1900-1901) Don, I doubt that this is what he's looking for

Maybe Civitas could be more helpful here.
