My transition back to the Darkside is now complete. I went to the Michigan State Numismatic Society Show in Dearborn, MI this morning with a very limited goal in mind...to add an AU-UNC Irish Lady Lavery 5 Pound note to my type set. I've found the Lady Lavery 5 Pound notes in high grade to be surprisingly difficult to find...even the late date ones. Fortunately, Leon Thornton had one that was reasonably priced so I quickly achieved my goal. I hadn't intended to add to my Roman Imperial collection but couldn't pass up an exceptional Tacitus Antoninianus that Pegasi Numismatics had at his table. The coin is fully struck, near mint with full silvering and has a great portrait! Collecting is becoming enjoyable again!
All glory is fleeting.

They're a class act.
