Favorite Unusual Grading Scales Used by Sellers

I'm eyeing a large lot of 70s raw being sold on Ebay. The description has the cards in "excellent condition". I check to see what else the seller has for sale and notice lots of flea-market type stuff for sale. So I start wondering:
What's her grading scale? What does her Excellent condition equate to?
Unfortunately, the scans really don't help so I look back at her auctions. Here's her scale:
A lot of '74s: "Brand New"
A lot of '76s: "Excellent"
A lot of '77 Basketball: "Really Good"
A lot of '72s: "Good for their age"
Anybody run into similar unorthodox grading scales?

"Graded PSA 7 but it looks like a 8 or a 9!"
