I need a book for work and found this one second hand on ebay.

I put a bid in yesterday but the bid history looks dodgy now. I am willing to pay the price I put in as my bid but no higher, so I won't care too much if I win. Opinions?

I'd say no, it looks like someone trying to pick up a college or special class textbook cheap. I've done pretty much the same thing when going after certain military history books and my microsoft college coursebooks. The silly things are horribly expensive new.
