Does that mean that it is an older holder before they changed the look?

yes it is a legit holder

smallstocks, are you referring to the flip or the holder itself. The holder looks funny because it's oversized for extra-large cards. The flip itself looks pretty recent, since they gave up the dot-matrix print style.

It was the flip I was referring to. I didn't realize it would look different than the regular sized cards.
