Question about April special

I have '61 Topps Blanda and Berry. They are HOfers but don't go for much in the SMR. Could I squeak them by under the commons special? I expect 8 OC's out of both of them, putting them around $20=40 ish in SMR.

If you are going to submit them, now would be the time... I'd put a "no qualifiers" header at the top of my submission form personally, even if it meant PSA 7 results.

I'd definately submit as part of the April 60's special. There is no reason to spend $15 to grade cards that are worth barely that.
