Finally got around to scanning a few of the more interesting pieces I picked up at the Mansfield Numismatic Society (Willimantic, CT) Show two weeks ago. Lots of darkside material but not much in greyside ![image](https://us.v-cdn.net/6027503/uploads/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif)
The 1st two I bought from Steve Tanenbaum along with a bunch of Canadian tokens. I forgot who I bought the 3rd one from![image](https://us.v-cdn.net/6027503/uploads/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif)
1. 32mm silver plated medal commemorating the 1938 race between the Canadian (Nova Scotia) schooner Bluenose and the American schooner Gertude L. Thebaud. Paid $8.

2. New Zealand token, KMTn49, 34mm UNC details but cleaned and starting to retone. Krause lists this at $250 in XF, paid $27.

3. Austria 1879 Wedding commem, 35mm, holder is labelled as KM-M5 but I couldn't find in Krause. Edge is marked zwei gulden. The fields are prooflike but the piece has some circulation wear, I grade it AU. Paid $80, anyone have any data on it?

Really enjoyed the show, just no nice Canadian copper this year.

The listing for the medallic coins seems to have disappeared from the 4th edition Krause. Their in the 3rd edition, page 119. The coin was struck to commemorate the 25th wedding anniversary of Franz-Joseph and his wife Elizabeth. One year type with 275,000 made, values are $45 in XF and $110 in UNC.
They're pretty common, I often see them at shows and online. I've never seen one with much actual wear but I've never seen a really nice one either. Lots of AUs, junk UNCs and cleaned stuff out there. A really nice on is currently on my list.
