OK, I need help with this one. I've seen it numerous times now (not sure if it's always been the same seller):
1952 Ed Wright
And I quote: CARDS 311-407 ARE MORE THAN 6 TIMES RARER THAN THE OTHER CARDS IN THE 1952 SET! COMMONS #311-407 BOOK AT $250 WHILE OTHER COMMONS IN THE SET BOOK AT $40. ALSO, THAT MAKES THIS CARD 12 TIMES RARER THAN THE MICKEY MANTLE ROOKIE CARD (RC) SINCE IT WAS DOUBLE PRINTED!!!!"
Hmmm. If Mantle is #311 and he's a double print, wouldn't that make the Wright card only 2 times rarer than the Mick? Maybe the seller's figuring in all the fake Mantles.
While we're on the subject, the seller assumes that high #'s are 6 times rarer than commons, based on the Beckett values of $250 for high numbers and $40 for commons. Does anyone know for sure what the production number are on high numbers versus regular commons?

then I have enjoyed it twice as much as you (apologies toM.P.)
1967and 1973 Topps baseball wantlists (any condition) welcome. Once had the #14 ATF 1967 set. Yet another collector like skylaneflyer, gimel1 who made it to the completion of 1967 only to need the money more than the company of 609 close friends.
Looking for oddball Norm Cash and Cleon Jones stuff, and 1956 team cards
