Has anyone ever seen or heard of this type of card? It can't be a Desert Storm Card, if it's a 1993 Card - Desert Storm ended in 1991.

    That would be a 1993 Topps/Coca Cola Commanders of the Hill. They were distributed in 5 card packs with a soft drink purchase through base commisary's. The Randy Johnson is valued at about $0.50. There are 30 cards total in the set and they're all pitchers. The entire set is valued at between $5.00 and $10.00. image
