  • Hi Becky I just got a new computer and scanner myself but my scans don't come out near as well as yours. What settings are you using? also a bump for the night shift.image

I just went through 3 scanners before I found one I liked. This one is a Epson 4180. I use it in the Professional mode so I can crop before I save the scan.

I am putting up a couple more Proof sets and some souvenir sets tonight. Thanks for stopping by.

Bid placed but she sure does look beat up pretty badly for having been in an original, sealed set all these years. I have one PCGS certified 65 that looks like it's way better than a 5. Good Luck! image

All the stuff in the fields is really heavy die polishing or flow lines. If they are polishing lines they are way different than I am used to, they radiate out from the devices on both sides of the coins making it look like rays. She's a soft strike too, especially on the top by her forehead, there is almost no rim at all there. Interesting coin-----image
