This sort of thing honks me off

This is part of the description for what's advertised as a 1953 Topps card, ebay number 5181998381. Note the last 2 sentences.
"The card says 1953 Topps Baseball Archives. 1953 is the most recent year on the card so I am guessing it is 1953 since I do not know much about baseball cards. The picture on top shows a PSA graded card of the 1953 John Mize. Mine looks Identical except it has been graded by PGC."
