1955 Bowman Mint 9 (MC)?

Question, fellas . . . Is the "MC" qualifier as devastating to a card's value as, say, OC or ST? Had a '55 Bowman Lou Groza attain that grade. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Worse than an OC because it's a miscut, meaning it couldn't even qualify for off-center.
