1972-P- TYPE # 2 POPULATIONS .....

1972-P- Type # populations will eventually look like the 3 legged buffalo pops. more, and more circulated coins, and fewer, and fewer mint state coins.
Mint state coins are slowly vanishing from most shows.

It seems to me that there's a lot of Type IIs on Ebay lately. Especially from the seller "Tecc1." I've actually considered selling mine off before I get stuck with them. Either the same coins are selling over and over, or the pops are going up and up. What do you think Coindog, and others?

    Massscrew,
The same coins are being listed, over, and over. Although populations will continue to rise, the majority will be circulated ( au-58 and below ) in the future.
I Would recommend that you keep all mint state examples, as there will be fewer certified, compared to circulated.

No, but I have every possible grade below 65image

The hunt is still on. I'll never buy one in 65 as I won't pay that kind of money. I'll keep searching and searching, it's fun anyway...

Coindog, I guess I'll take your advise and keep the MS ones.
