Helpful tool to measure centering

Maybe I'm behind the times here, but I ran across this free downloadable screen ruler that works well for measuring the centering on a scanned image of a card. I'm using it to measure in pixels but you can change the units to your preference. Thought I'd mention it in case others find it helpful.
