Do you or a person designated by you have to review a pop one coin prior to its grade being finalized or do you go with the finalizer responsible at the time?

Hi Mark,
We do have a "Double Verification" system for super important coins. It's based more on value than population, but the pop is a factor. Two super senior people have to sign off on these important coins.
