Copper guys..I need help.....

I picked up this 1775 halfpence today but cant find anyone or anything that can definatively tell me whether this is just a British Halfpence or an American counterfeit. I have seen several pictures but none of them have this reverse even though they are the same date. Forgive my lack of correct terminology, but the leaves of the branch on mine are right below the A in BRITAN where the others I have seen show it between the A and N or totally under the N. The "type" on this one seems larger and wider spaced than the others I have seen. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! THANKS!!
