NOT HOLDERED QUESTION

Just received grades today on a small submission and much to my surprise a "not holdered due to factory miscut" WTF does that mean. The grade fee was credited, but I kinda thought the card would pull a 7 or 8. The card was a 59 Hank Aaron. Has anyone ever had this type of not holdered problem before??? Or any 59 collectors have any thoughts???

lots of the aaron all star cards were mis-cuts & diamond cuts,i never heard of not grading due to this unless you requested no qualifiers on the cards graded. got a scan??

I did state NQ, here is the submission 4239391 zip 45239 I have to look for a picture, but it was a nice looking card.

I think at times the miscuts do not fit in the holder properly and that may be a reason yours was not holdered.
