In my opinion the frost weakness on the Liberty Bell prevents the ucam/dcam designation from applying. Your "after" picture confirms it. Good luck to you, but I'm predicting a disappointment.
Not that it matters much. It will probably sell for less than what I have into it (reference recent 71-S UC Lincoln on ebay). Although, it was a fun experiment.
