I could not tell you as I do not submit to them. I am sure everything is ok - probably just late mail. I myself am waiting for a package from the UK for weeks and weeks - ready to go crazy. Why not just given them a call? Did you follow all the instruction for submitting to them?
We go the post office everyday during a normal work week. If you believe your package is in the building but not showing on line, please call customer service with the registered mail tracking number and they will be able to help you from there.
