    Thats cool. It would be nice to have 007 on a Bonds card.
    Proud of my 16x20 autographed and framed collection - all signed in person. Not big on modern - I'm stuck in the past!

    That's interesting. What's the lowest serial number anybody on the boards has? That is, assuming PSA has been going in sequential order!? I assume they didn't actually start with "1".

    All the cards of course have 8 numbers. I have no card that starts with a 00.

    Mine is #02327582 for right now. I would have to dig thru my safety deposit boxes for any lower numbers at the bank.

    Isn't it possible to search for cards by cert number? If someone is bored, they could just start typing numbers image

    01000001 is a 1934 Goudey Lou Gehrig PSA 5. I'm guessing this is one of the lowest as I have never seen a cert number start with 00 (except of course for the PSA 8 Wagner).

    I'm guessing that PSA could more than likely tell us the first card they ever graded though.

    someone posted a picture about a really old sample card that PSA had graded in the begginning

    i think it was a sample for dealers, maybe a 1988 topps.

    searching those late 90's topps sets will revail some weird numbers like populations in the 1000's for common players that no one would really grade.

    PSA graded those a long time ago and gave them out as samples

    I think it was Marc S or maybe not.

    I did a search but couldnt come up with it.

    I think those might be among the older ones outhere, 1991 or so
