  • Lee, one last thing before this annoys everyone off. I remember Mr. Shea selling packs and boxes of 1990 Pro Set football and 1990 Upper Deck baseball during Social Studies. It was a frenzy in there! He would bring the cases into class, crack them open, and there you go! I think he supplemented his teacher salary quite well, it was like a card show in class every day! I think the school board was leary of firing a nationally prominent soccer coach. Remember the Oakland Mills Middle School shows?

  • 1968 was my first pack and I believe 1973 was the last pack I bought when my parents moved to the country UHG !!
I'm glad my parents sold them at a yard sale in the late 80's, I used to thumb tack the Reds Stars to my bedroom wall spelling out Cincinnati Reds LOL.. I've destroyed plenty of Pete Rose 60's / 70's cards along with Bench, Perez and the rest.. I even remember clipping them to my bike but they wore out to fast and we would Hmmm Borrow our parents playing cards..
